Service Description
Accessible and evidence-based psychological therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Our fees are set well below the APS recommended psychology fee of $318 to ensure accessible mental health care services. Eligible concession card holders receive a 30% fee reduction. To receive a concession discount, you must have one of the following: Health Care Card Commonwealth Seniors Health Card Pensioner Concession Card Veterans' Affairs Pensioner Concession Card Veterans' Affairs Gold Card Carer Card (We Care) Student Card
Cancellation Policy
We understand that appointments sometimes need to be cancelled or rescheduled. To help us maintain fairness to all clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to make any changes to your booking. Late cancellation fees apply as follows: Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before your appointment: 50% of the full session fee Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend without notice (“no-show”): 100% of the full session fee Please note that cancellation fees are not claimable through Medicare or private health insurance.
